Battalion Letterman
Cadets in the Bronco battalion have the opportunity to win a letter. Letters are awarded in four areas. It will cost the cadet $60.00 to purchase a jacket, plus any additional approved accoutrements other than the JROTC letter and the JROTC patch. The JROTC program pays for the letter.
The letter requirements are listed below:
BASIC LETTER
Be currently enrolled as an LET 3
Must have a "B" or better in JROTC for the most recently completed semester
Must have an overall GPA of 2.0 for the most recently completed semester
Must have been awarded the following JROTC award ribbons:
| -N-1-6 2nd Award | Leadership Development Ribbon |
| -N-2-2 | Physical Fitness Ribbon |
| -N-3-2 | Personal Appearance Ribbon |
| -N-3-10 | Good Conduct Ribbon |
| -N-4-1 | Parade Ribbon |
| -N-4-4 | Leadership in the Community Ribbon |
Must hold the rank of Staff Sergeant or above
Must have participated in an annual inspection
Must not have been sent to the Discipline Center or Timeout Room during the qualifying semester
Must be recommended by the cadet's JROTC instructor
DRILL TEAM LETTER
Must be a current member of the competition Drill Team
Must have competed in at least 2 competitions during the qualifying school year
Must regularly attend Drill Team practice
Must have a "B" or better in JROTC for the most recently completed semester
Must have been awarded the following JROTC award ribbons:

| -N-3-2 | Personal Appearance Ribbon |
| -N-3-10 | Good Conduct Ribbon |
| -N-3-4 | Drill Team Ribbon |
Must be recommended by the team coach
COLOR GUARD
Must be a current member of the competition Color Guard team
Must have competed in at least 2 competitions during the qualifying school year
Must regularly attend Color Guard team practice
Must have a "B" or better in JROTC for the most recently completed semester
Must have been awarded the following JROTC award ribbons:

| -N-3-6 | Color Guard Ribbon |
Must be recommended by team coach
RIFLE TEAM
Must be a current member of the competition Rifle team
Must have competed in at least 2 competitions during the qualifying school year
Must regularly attend rifle team practice
Must have a "B" or better in JROTC for the most recently completed semester
Must have been awarded the following JROTC award ribbons
