Policies

A reservation deposit in the amount of $220 is needed when placing your reservation with the balance due at check-in. Balances may be settled with American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Travelers Check or Cash. A damage / security deposit which is a manual imprint of a credit card or a separate check is also needed at check-in. This deposit will be voided and returned after departure provided that: additional housekeeping, damage, pet occupancy, over occupying or smoking does not occur and all charges have been settled. The guest is responsible regardless of the dollar amount of these previous items. Minimum stays are required during peak seasons or holidays and early departures will not be refunded.

Towels and linens are provided but daily housekeeping services are not. Please bring your own beach towels for pool and beach use. We also provide a starter kitchen amenity package.

Cancellations may be made 14 days prior to arrival date for stays less than 30 days and 60 days prior to arrival for all stays more than 30 days. Advanced deposits will be returned minus the $25.00 plus tax cancellation fee. All others will forfeit the entire deposit.

The minimum rental age is 25. Any reservation made under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of deposit, remaining rental charge and the party will be required to leave. All guests are subject to the homeowner associations' rules and regulations.

Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. Early arrivals are welcome to enjoy the property but should be prepared to wait until the 3:00 p.m. check-in time to access the accommodation. All extended check-out times must be approved on the day of departure and are not possible during the summer season. Late departures are subject to additional charges.

Recreational vehicles, watercraft and trailers are not permitted, but we will be happy to provide launching information.
