The key to our whole program is our quality staff. Our professional directors have a full-time responsibility and commitment to camping. Camp Winona maintains a ratio of one staff member for every five campers. All of the counselors and program staff are carefully selected for their maturity and desire to be good role models for our campers. They must possess enthusiasm, patience and sound judgement skills and will live, work and play with each cabin unit after an intense ten day training program designed to hone their skills and provide your child with the "time of his or her life." Our diverse staff are selected form colleges in Florida as well as from throughout the United States and other countries to enhance your child's opportunities for cross-cultural understanding.
