Responding to the Call

This is the first of three pieces that were made for the Chapel at Andover Newton in 2001. The second is "Questions Hard at the Door" and the third is "Terrifying Joy." They reflect upon the journey through theological education, drawing on traditional themes of the Church year. Responding to the Call reflects the first year of seminary and is for use in the Autumn through Advent. The tapestry is 36" by 48".
