PalmSpring Watch Vol.3 Issue 2 June 2003

OUR NEXT COMMUNITY MEETING WILL BE -
Thursday evening, June 12th 7:30pm at Saint Luke Methodist Church on Shamrock. Please mark your calendar and plant to be present !!!!

As Summer Begins, you will have the opportunity:
1) To talk with police Voicing your concerns regarding your neighborhood.
2) Hear helpful suggestions on keeping your home safe while on vacation.
3) Meet your neighbors, and promote the well being of your community.
4) Work on keeping Your property values up by reducing crime in your neighborhood.

The meeting will only last for and hour.
Can YOU invest an hour in your community????

COMMUNITY CRIME WATCH SIGNS UP!!
Thanks to our Assistant Chair, Dennis Frost, the last two CRIME WATCH SIGNS have been put up. The last two signs were put up on Springway Dr at Shamrock and on Jeff Street coming off of Airlie (On the Park side)

WE NEED BLOCK CAPTAINS FOR JEFF ST, Connecticut Ave., Harrow Place, 2800 & 2900 BLOCKS OF SPRINGWAY AND FOR THE 2500/ 2600 / 2800 BLOCKS OF HILLIARD DRIVE.!

CALL 911 if you see anything suspicious in your neighborhood, tell the dispatcher you do not want to see the investigating officer and he/she will not come to your house and no one will know who called the police! Be on the lookout for any activity around vacant houses! Help us keep our community SAFE and crime free!!
You CAN make a difference.

CRIME has been down in our neighborhood this year!! Things will only continue to improve with your help. Every resident of our Community is important to the success of the efforts of CRIME WATCH!
