MANAGEMENT SERVICES

CREDIT COLLECTION - LEGAL FORWARDING SERVICES

  The United States is comprised of 50 states.  Most rep networks are established within the 48 states that are located on the United States mainland.    The United States can be divided up into regions or territories if they are best suited to your product.  An example might be if you sell a product that is only for use in salt water.  You would only want to sell to the States that touch on the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and the Gulf of Mexico.

  We normally recommend that a company who is building a rep network establish 100% coverage within the United States mainland.  It is important to remember that your only cost after the initial investment is paying a commission on products sold by your reps. There are no additional out of pockets expenses.  A designated person at your site can efficiently manage this rep network.

  William James Bright has developed a unique system to find the best reps, the first time.  While our track record is impressive, it is not infallible.  Rep companies are small and operated as family run companies or as partnerships with a couple partners.  The best rep today, might not be so 5 years down the line.  But if the truth were told, reps usually are in business for many years with a loyal following. 

Clients who contract with William James Bright receive a full 1-year warrantee on all our services.  If any of the reps we recommend to you are not doing the job, we will find another rep in that area for no additional charge.  The only qualifying item is that you have been honoring your commitments to your rep, clients and your product be of good quality. 

  UNITED STATES AND CANADA

Full coverage costs are $USD 1,000 per State if you take the full package of 48-50 States. Canada is divided into three regions each also costing $USD 1,000 per region if taken with the full coverage.   Full coverage contracts are usually concluded within a 90-day period.  To get started we require a $USD 5,000 Initial payment, with $USD 5,000 every 30 days for 90 days.  Once the contract is concluded successfully, we will require payment in full within 30 days. 

 Coastal coverage costs are $USD 1,500 per State if you take the Coastal package of 25 States.  Canada is divided into 3 regions, each costing $USD 1,500 per region if you take this package.  The Coastal package contracts are usually concluded within 60 days.  To get started we require an initial payment of $USD 3,750 and an additional $USD 3,750 every 30 days for 60 days.  We will require payment in full within of 30 days of the end of the assignment. 

Regional Coverage cost is $USD 2,000 per State if you take a Regional package of 10 States. Canada is divided into 3 regions, each costing $USD 2,000 per region.  The Regional package contracts are usually concluded within 30 days.  We will require an initial payment of $USD 3,000 and additional $USD 3,000 within 30 days.  We will require payment if full within 30 days of the end of the assignment.

  LATIN AMERICA

  The cost is $USD 5,000, per each individual country Latin America.

  While there are some rep companies operating in Latin America, it is our experience that the most effective method of moving your product is through the use of master rep distributors.  It is difficult and costly for a company to establish a supply network within each country in Latin America.  The exception to this rule is Mexico, which can be supplied from the United States. 

Our recommended Latin American strategy is to incorporate Mexico and the Panama Free Trade Zone.  The cost for this package is $USD 10,000.

  We recommend to most of our clients that a two-step approach be taken to initiate your Latin American marketing strategy.    The first step is Mexico.  Mexico can easily be supplied from the United States.  The second step is that your product be marketed via the Colon Free Trade Zone in Panama.  This trade zone is the second largest in the world.  Most of the major buyers in Latin American come to Panama to buy product.  Also Panama uses the US dollar as it’s official currency, thus avoiding the complexities of multiple currencies and their respective controls in each Latin nation. 

Another benefit to this strategy is that soon you will begin to get inquiries directly from the individual Latin nations on your products availability.  From these inquiries we can work with you to expand your Latin American network.

   

  MANAGEMENT SERVICES

 

For many foreign clients it is costly to send a representative of the company to open the United States and Latin American markets.  The cost of relocation, housing, business and personal expenses, quickly surpass the cost of retaining our services. 

Overseas clients must have a supply site to store their product and the ability to fill the orders secured by the rep network.  Most products will arrive in container size quantities and go out in lesser quantities to the purchasing client. 

Overseas clients will also need a site for orders to be faxed/called/emailed to.  Where this site is not important.  We can make arrangements to handle this for your company.  We will secure toll free numbers that can be transferred to you once you have set up your operations here in the United States.

  We can also serve as your management team here in the United States.  While this is not our core business, we understand the elevated cost of setting up an operation overseas entails.  We are here to help our clients get started and then turn over the operation to your designated agent.  The cost of this varies and is negotiated to address you unique and specific needs.

   

CREDIT, COLLECTIONS AND LEGAL FORWARDING

 

Another huge advantage with working with a rep network is the fact that they are the best source as a credit reference.  He knows each of his clients and can evaluate their credit worthiness.  If the clients are borderline, we can help you qualify them.  We can do all the credit checks needed to make every effort to only sell product to paying customers. 

It is a fact that all businesses are owed money by their clients.  That is where our collections and legal forwarding comes into play.  We represent you as a third party. 

Our fees on this service are also negotiated on a per cases basis.
