Unsolicited commercial e-mail ("UCE") sent to this address shall constitute a request for electronic communication evaluation and analysis services. The sender of any UCE ("Sender") agrees to pay William W. Webb ("Consultant") for services rendered according to the following schedule:

For each hour (including fractions thereof) of services rendered the sum of $500 per hour (prorated for fractional hours, and recorded in 1/10 hour increments); time spent on communications with Sender shall also be billed at these rates.

In addition to the hourly fees listed, Sender shall reimburse Consultant for out-of-pocket expenses incurred, including attorney's fees, in connection with services rendered.

All amounts due to Consultant shall be payable on or before the tenth day after receipt by the Sender of a statement from Consultant setting forth the amounts due.
