is with pleasure that I respond to your
questionaire. As you know, I worked with
Scott Nyman years ago in the mortgage industry
and was aware of the fact that he was with
Keysearch Realty in the Keys. I phoned him
one Saturday morning when we decided that it was
the right time to try and purchase a property in
the Keys after fifteen years of talking about
it. Scott was out of town and he gave me
Robert's number. We spoke briefly on the
phone and drove down to your office. Robert
showed us property based on our price range and
the area we were looking to buy in. Robert was extremely
helpful and knowledgeable about the area as well
as what was available and specifically Executive
Bay Club which is where we eventually
purchased. At no time did we feel
pressured, Robert made it seem that he had all
the time in the world to help us find a
place. We signed a contract that same day.
As you know, we
had to request a couple of extensions to the
contract and I knew that the sellers were not
happy with the situation. We felt that both
of you were instrumental in having the seller
accept the extentions requested.

valuable?
Answer:
You did a lot of research and leg work to find
the tier status of the lot and that it was a
buildable lot. You were very efficient and
kept us informed of what was going on. You
explained things very well. You worked with
us and the buyer to save us $200.00 on a
closing cost that Mr. Stowers refused to pay.
