Our first trip to Park City, February 2000, took us to Prospector Square. These condos are about 2 miles from the resort and have easy access to free shuttles. We enjoyed our stay here.

Kathy In February 2001, we spent our honeymoon in Old Town on Woodside Ave. We had a large condo with a fireplace and a private hot tub. This one is a ski in - ski out condo, but the run that got us back to the condo was much too difficult for me to use. Thank goodness we were within walking distance to the town lift. This was a fantastic place to stay. The only trouble we had was getting out. When we got ready to leave, the roads were too icy for the taxi to get up the hill and pick us up. We had to haul all of our luggage to main street.

Most of the time we prepared our meals in our condo. For us the fun part about having a place with a kitchen was being able to bring a lunch with us into the mountains while we were skiing. It's not only fun but very economical also. A small backpack is all it takes!

If you like Chinese Food try Yen-Jing Restaurant at the resort. We ate here both times that we were in Park City and it is very good. On Main Street you will find Park City Smokehouse and Brewing Co. We tried their Bar-b-que & Ribs. It was not to our liking at all and it is not a place that we will return to for a second taste. To top that off, Ron didn't like any of the beer on their sampler tray either.

On our last visit, Marriott was constructing some condos at the Park City Resort Area. Our curiosity got the best of us, so we took the 90 minute tour that was offered. Well we didn't buy a time share in the condo but we did get 2 free Deer Valley lift tickets. Just in case your wondering the condos cost $50,000 for a week vacation with a yearly maintenance fee of $600. Not Bad! Hum?!
