Athena meets the needs of small to medium sized companies for a Help Desk Organization available "on call" to answer PC & Networking questions. This would eliminate the necessity of hiring expensive personnel that would not be fully and efficiently utilized in a small to medium sized company.
The need of corporate "satellite" offices for
occasional "hands on" help with Networking and PC issues that the Home Office
MIS department located in another region cannot fully support over the phone. This
includes providing the Home Office with a "techie" that they can comfortably
talk to in resolving the "satellite" office problems.
