IT’S NOT THE END
"He is not here, but is risen: remember how he spake unto you
when he was yet in Galilee, saying, The Son of man must be delivered
into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise
again." Luke
24:6-7, KSV Dear Family and Friends: Are there times when your situation seems to have reached a dead end? With no option to u-turn or no path to get over the obstacle, it can leave us frustrated and hopeless. But it’s in these times that we are to realize that there is always a “Sunday” morning coming; those magnificent opportunities to rise up out of the despair of our situation that can beat us to our lowest point. Decades have passed and other Presidential administrations have tried to transform health care. Most recently, the political rhetoric and pundits have been so negative that it appeared that the bill was doomed to fail—most thought it was the end for health care reform. Violent threats and vandalism were rampant, parallel to the times of the Civil Rights’ movement. The day of its passing fell on the same day as the assassination of Dr. King—April 4th. Historically and symbolically the Health Care Reform Bill was victorious, triumphant above the defeats of the past. Aside from the divine destiny
of Heath Care is the example of our Lord and Savior.
At
every level of the Roman government, they thought that they could rid
the world of Jesus.
Even with reluctance, Pilate washed his
hands of Him and ordered the crucifixion.
But knowing his Father’s will Jesus knew it
was not the end.
After the agony the victory would come.
So
the next time you’re in what seems unbearable, remember that there is
nothing that we are going through that Jesus has not already
experienced.
Both human and divine, He paid it all for
us!
Like Him, when your Sunday morning gets here,
victory is yours! For God’s glory,
