His Side

3/29/04 - Local Update - Gas is about $2.15/gallon for regular and my rent is $1100/month. Too many people want to live here. I'm trying to put Gary North's advise into practice and move to where the housing is cheap.

3/26/04 - Early Evening After Work of the Dead - I went to see the remake of "Dawn of the Dead" last night. Look at them zombies run! One of the first scenes has a newly zombi-ficated dude chasing full sprint after a Toyota Corolla. He gives up the chase to attack some moron hanging out in her yard while all hell is breaking loose. She should have known the mail wasn't coming - postal workers will use any excuse to take the day off.

Ok, back from that tangent - I liked the movie, but not as much as "28 Days Later". I hoped to hear Ving Rhames' character say "Zed's dead baby, Zed's dead."

Her Side

3/31/04 - We'll add more graphics and pictures soon, sorry so much text.  We'll also add more photos to the photos page as soon as I can get them scanned.  I'll be scanning like crazy tomorrow.

Further, the Iraqis that dragged the American soldiers through the streets of Fallujah are absolutely not civilized people.  Absolutely disgusting.  I'd better stop here, or I'll have to go to the rants page.

3/30/04 - At $2.15 a gallon, I want to know where my husband is getting his gas.  I stopped at a gas station the other day that was up to $2.28.  I promptly went to Costco and went to the $2.02 a gallon pump.

Unlike my man, I dare not see Dawn of the Dead.  I won't subject other theater patrons to my outbursts at scary movies.  Just tonight, we watched Gothika and I nearly lost my mind screaming at one scary part in particular - which wasn't really all that scary to begin with.

I just got back from a weekend babysitting my goddaughters in Yucaipa while their parents were out of town.  They are so incredibly cute, I adore them immensely.  Just wait till I get that photo link working...  Dear readers, you haven't seen such cuteness in your life.

What an exciting start to our website.  We update you on our mundane life.  (I'm slightly more wordy than my husband - had you noticed?)  My only hope is that people will check our website as obsessively as I check my cousins'.  (Jonathan and Veronica)  Every single day, I check 'em.  It's a sickness.

Anyway, thus is the opening of our website.  The above links will be worked on as soon as Drew s l o w l y teaches me how to commandeer this site.
