Cary R. Sochin Cary Sochin, a Miami native and former ATP Tour professional brings a unique perspective on the desires of the demanding fitness, spa, sports, and leisure market culled from his 16+ years of experience as a consultant and owner / operator. During TTS Sports, Inc. development, Mr. Sochin retained his position as the Managing Partner of Club Body Tech, which was one of the most successful fitness clubs in the world. During his tenure the club received unheard of recognition, garnering such awards as “Best Overall Fitness Club” (South Florida Magazine), “Most Hip Club” (Fitness Magazine), and “Top 10 in the Nation” (Self Magazine). With the stated goal of providing an all encompassing lifestyle experience, Mr. Sochin applies his degrees in Psychology and Nutrition from Florida State University, a worldly understanding derived from his days as a professional athlete and coach, an innate sense of client cultivation and customer relations resulting from working with numerous spa / fitness operations to create environments where people feel a sense of belonging ultimately motivating them to achieve personal goals once thought unattainable. Harvey Glaser With over 25 years of experience in the property development field, Harvey has worked in every aspect of property development and management. He is the consummate professional with vast knowledge and experience in all phases of property management from mobile homes to HOA’s, high-rise, and mid-rise developments. Having worked for Sunvest Property Management and The Continental Group, Harvey is now the Director of Property Management with a prominent South Florida developer, overseeing and coordinating all property management functions with management companies from planning and development through turnover. With his immense catalogue of information Harvey is an essential member of TTS Sports, Inc. Jeff Bingo Since graduating from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science (1987) Jeff has been driven to exceed expectations and deliver the highest levels of service in whatever endeavor he pursued. In 1988, Jeff was named Head Tennis Coach at The College of Boca Raton; under his direction both the men’s and women’s teams achieved their first winning seasons in school history. During his tenure Jeff took on the additional responsibility of Director of Tennis at Woodfield Hunt Club (1988), a prestigious enclave of luxury homes under development in Boca Raton. With his enviable work ethic helping to create a burgeoning program Jeff decided to concentrate all his efforts on developing an ideal business model for country club tennis facilities. In 1996 his overwhelming success at Woodfield provided him the opportunity to become the Director of Tennis at Addison Reserve Country Club. At the helm from groundbreaking, Jeff recently took on the additional responsibility of Operations Director at the Esplanade and continues to direct possibly the finest elite country club tennis program in Florida. Jeff understands what people expect and has the vision and knowledge necessary to train and equip the staff to exceed expectations; his unwavering attention to detail and insistence on superior customer service make him an invaluable asset to TTS Sports, Inc. Alex Fernandez Embarking on his career in the fitness industry as a fitness supervisor while attending college, Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism (University of Colorado, 1992). Upon graduation, Alex relocated to Miami Beach and helped launch Club Body Tech, paving the way with panache and a new course in the fitness industry. Before moving on to other projects, Alex attained management level positions and was influential in implementing many of the club’s innovative concepts. In 1996 Alex jumped at the chance as Assistant General Manager of American Fitness to help open the first luxury gym on Madison Avenue in NYC. From preconstruction to coordinating the sale of the club to New York Sports Club, Alex excelled in all aspects of club management. Recruited by Crunch Fitness International in 1998, Alex was positioned as General Manager (Los Angeles) and created the most profitable location within the company. He promptly came home to Miami Beach where he was the General Manager, expanding the membership base from 1500 to over 4700. During his tenure the Miami Beach location was consistently ranked in the top 5 nationwide for sales production and Alex directed the launch of two additional Miami locations.
