Puppies This contract is between the seller, SouthernMoon Farm (Clifford & Jodi Pope) and the Buyer: (Name)
_________________________________________________________ Payment: SMF has received, with this contract, a deposit of $200. 00* for one Weimaraner puppy as described below. The balance is due when the puppy is picked up or prior to shipment. Payments may be made with cash, United States Postal Money Order or PayPal ( which may be available for an additional charge). _____________________ This deposit will hold a puppy of this description until 7 weeks of age. If the puppy is not picked up or shipping arranged by that age, an additional fee of $50. per week will be charged to cover board and early training. The deposit is nonrefundable. Shipping: Shipping charges are an additional $250. All shipping arrangements will be made by SMF Weimaraners. Shipping charges include airline cost, shipping crate, and health certificate/vet exam. Health Guarantee: The pup is guaranteed to have regular dewormings (as needed), and all shots recommended for age of puppy when picked up or shipped. The puppy will be started on premium quality dry food. Our puppies do not set foot on outdoors ground until after their 2nd set of shots, or they leave here. Registration: All puppies can be registered with the AKC. All puppies will be sold on a limited registration unless other arrangements are made. The litter has been registered and a puppy registration packet will be provided. Return Policy: If at any time you are unable to care for your SouthernMoon Farm puppy, we will gladly take the puppy back and care for or carefully re-home the puppy/dog. We care about the futures of all of our puppies. Housing and Care: SMF strongly recommends that puppy should not be kept outdoors at all times. Puppies were raised as family dogs and it is our desire that they remain family dogs. Weimaraners can be cold natured due to their hair coat and should not be kept outdoors in inclement weather. Breeder strongly recommends crate training of your weimaraner. Please do research on the weimaraner and ask plenty of questions before bringing your new family member home. We are always available to answer questions concerning your weimaraner. I, the undersigned, understand and agree to all of the terms specified in the above contract.
