Collection Development Tools
There are several basic types of tools that are standardly involved in collection development for a library or information centre. These include, Guides to Literature, Standard Lists, Subject Specific Bibliographies, Reviewing Media, Trade Bibliographies, Library Catalogues, National Bibliographies and Publishers Catalogues.
