The Jeff Davis County Veterans Association is planning a permanent Veterans Memorial for Jeff Davis County.

The memorial is long overdue.  There is only one World War I veteran remaining in the United States and the country is loosing World War II veterans at a rate of 1,500 per day. It is now time for Jeff Davis County to honor its veterans, and the Veterans Association will make it happen.
