Your personal Email POP3/ESMTP server

Travel Mailer is a software that allows you to send and receive email messages using your preferred SMTP/POP3 client (Outlook, Eudora, IncrediMail, etc.) without being connected to the Internet at your home or office, which are the places where you usually have access to your SMTP and POP3 accounts. With Travel Mailer you can use your preferred email client software while having access everywhere and being more secure. Travel Mailer is a shareware, so you can try it free of cost. This program is both an SMTP and POP3 server, and it is capable of handling a large number of accounts.

Do you use a laptop? Is it Wi-Fi ready? Nowadays, more and more hot spots are available at many locations: hotels, restaurants, airports, and cruises. You cannot have a different email account at every place. However, you constantly need to have all your messages, contacts, and attachments at hand using your preferred email client in your own machine. Travel Mailer can help you out.

How Email Messages Flow
Email messages are delivered from your machine to a SMTP server, which is located at your ISP’s premises. When the server receives your messages, it relays them to the desired recipients. That means you need to have access to your ISP if you want to send emails. The software you use on your machine to communicate with the server is known as the client. When the client does not have access to the server, you are unable to send emails.

The Problem
You cannot send email messages when you travel or when you move from place to place because your client software will not access your SMTP server from outside your ISP's network. Most Internet Service Providers close their SMTP servers for traffic coming from outside their own network due to abuse and spam. They let anyone in only from inside their own local network, blocking all outsiders. This means that as long as you are using the service from your home location your email client works fine; but what happens when you go on a business trip or on vacation? What happens when you want to send an email using your email client (Outlook, Eudora, Incredimail, etc.) from an airport or hotel room? Well, you cannot do that, not without Travel Mailer.

The Solution
Travel Mailer connects your PC directly to the desired destination, so you do not have to depend on your ISP’s SMTP or any other external relay server. You may be anywhere in the world and Travel Mailer will relay quickly and easily your email messages to their destinations.
