our former shipmates to join us in our organization.
We seek to renew old friendships with our yearly reunions and
our quarterly newsletter.
Yearly
reunions are held (in Sept.) at various cities in the USA.
The reunions are rotated between the east/west coasts and then
to a city in the mid-USA.
Our last reunion was in Cincinnati in Sept., 2006
Our association
was formed over twenty years ago by Ron Curtis (CWOTM)
who was a crew member of both ships.
Past
Reunions include the following cities:
Cincinnati,
Fort Lauderdale, Chicago, Las Vegas, Mobile, Colorado Springs,
Philadelphia,
Seattle, San Antonio, Charleston, San Diego, Erie, St. Louis,
Orlando, St. Paul,
Portland, ME, Reno, Little Rock, Phoenix, Norfolk
Portland, Oregon
Will be the site
of 2008's reunion.
It will be held on Sept. 3-7, 2008
A quarterly
newsletter is sent to all active association members.
