wallpaper postmarked VICKSBURG/MISS. with no date apparent.
Cover addressed to Dr. S. S. Herrick at Vicksburg. Manuscript notation
beneath the folded wallpaper shows that the content was from "Greene -
Butte a'la Rose, La." and was dated January 11, received January 19, and
answered January 21, 1863. Another notation shows that the cover was
carried to Vicksburg "Politeness of Mr. Kennedy."
