Editorial decisions in compiling this catalogue:

1.  Music video DVDs that include a bonus CD audio disc are NOT included in this list.

2.  Audio CDs that include a bonus DVD ARE included in this list and are labeled as "CD+DVD."

3.  SACDs, DVDAs, DVDs and DualDiscs can differ in audio streams and video content.  I have made no designations thereof here.

4.  Albums and compilations that have been remastered since their initial release are labeled "Remaster."  New compilations comprised of already-remastered material are NOT so labeled.

5.  All records are of actual pressed discs and not burned copies, except in cases burned by (or authorized to be burned by) the artist and thus legal and official.

6.  Naming conventions may vary, e.g. The before names of groups or & used instead of and.

7.  I do believe there are errors in this list, although I have strived to make it as definitive as possible.
