Close up of the passenger hat area. I am hoping I won't
have to take the whole cowl cover off to fix this. I intend to
grind out the sleeve (hat) and go from there and try to use the
plastic kit for this repair. I guess we'll see when I get that
far.
Driver side hat. Not too bad but there is a little
rust here. I will address it with the passenger side.
This is a shot from the driver side inside cowl area.
I got my digital camera inside for inspection photos. It doesn't
look too bad here, however it is hard to tell with all the dust
in here. I will come back and do the same when I cut out the hats.
