Close shot of passenger TB area (note new one on garage
floor through hole). Experimenting with the fact that I really
don't want to split the TB into two pieces to install it (like
driver side). Unfortunately, due to space constraints of the frame,
it must be done. Inner rocker panel is laid in place, I have drilled
some spot holes in the TB and rocker where I won't be able to
weld from other side.
Rear of the inner rocker. Note the holes that have
been drilled where it meets the outer rocker where I won't be
able to weld from the other side (door frame/b pillar back on
the upper side of the rocker). I have used Rustoleum clean metal
primer on the new metal being installed, 3M Weld Thru coating
where I'm going to be doing the welding.
