Hey, kind of looks like one of those Kar Mustang photos
for about 2K less jack! Grinding work complete. I have come back
over the new metal with more Rustoleum new metal primer and the
old metal with the rusty metal primer.
Back to front shot of Floor pan to floor pan extension.
Note I primed anywhere that was new or ground to keep the elements
out. I will come back and blast the areas I haven't addressed
yet. Nice pink hue to the paint now!
I still have some clean up to be done from the bottom.
This is where the floor pan meets the convertible floor pan support
brace (runs across the car from tunnel to inner rocker and is
bolted to passenger side by another tunnel brace).
Under side of where the floor pan meets the front TB.
You can see the outer/inner rocker weld seam and inner rocker/floor
pan joining area. I have to come back and clean up this area
a bit before I am done with the underside of the car.
