Are We Alone?

Have you ever wondered what is out
there? Do you think that human beings on planet Earth are the only life forms
in
existence?

I often wonder about these things. One has only to look at the many living creatures on this planet alone to see the likelihood of the existence of other creatures in other places. If so many different life forms could inhabit our one planet, then why couldn't there be others somewhere else? I do believe in God and I do believe that God created Earth and man. I think he probably has created other life forms on other planets. How could we be so vain as to think that we are the only ones? If God would create so many different kinds of plants and animals on one planet, then doesn't it seem likely that he probably put others somewhere else?
I also believe
that God has a much different scale of time than we do. There is no need to
measure time with God. Why can't we believe in Creation and
Evolution? How do we know what "God's own image" was? We don't know
how long it took for him to create man and earth? Our measurement of time today
could be totally different than the days that the Bible mentions. Of course these
are just my own personal theories and I am always open to hearing from others who have
opinions to share.

I enjoy hearing other people's philosophies. We are all born into this life the same way, sharing most of the same daily experiences like sleeping, eating, and growing older. Along the way, we develop some very different ideas about life and how it should be lived. That is why I created this page. I want to hear from other people like me who worry about some of the same questions I do. Like: Why are we here? Do we each serve a purpose? What will happen to us when we die? Is there life on other planets...?
