At the reception, the new Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Berman were toasted (and warmly roasted) by well-wishers. Brad started the toast off with the following speech:

Hi. I'd like to make a toast to Marge and my Dad. I'm Brad, my Dad's second oldest son. First of all, I'd like to thank my Dad for choosing me as his Best Man...even tho he was turned down first by my older brother Steve, my younger brother Terry,my nephew Kyle, and the old guy who bags the groceries at Publix. My Dad is a simple guy with a vast knowledge of experience. He's traveled the entire world and done things other people can only dream about. And yet he's been able to pass on this vast wealth of wisdom to his children and grandchildren with just 3 simple words..." Watch...Your...Fingers!" Watch your fingers...words to live by.

But let's get back to Marge. When Dad met Marge he knew...he knew this was the opportunity he'd been looking for.For the first time in six years, with Marge at his side,he could finally get the old ladies at his trailer park to quit knocking on his door at all hours of the night. Then there is Marge. She's a little more complicated than my Dad.She's a retired personnel manager from NASA with a college degree. When she met my Dad,she tallied up the pros and cons, took a good look at him,and realized she could get out of this relationship what she always wanted - my Dad's Mobile Home.
