I created this page to offer folks information about the operations of the ICG railroad during the 1970s and 1980s. I grew up along the IC(G) Birmingham District, at mp7, just outside of Corinth, Ms. Most of what I saw growing up, was during these years. I can still remember seeing the City of Miami zipping past my house. It was living by the tracks that got me interested in trains, both as a railfan and a modeler. Although I am using the ICG as my basic theme for this page, I will also include information about anything IC.
