GP11 Photos
The ICG built 54 GP11s between 1978-1981. They were numbered 8301, 8701-8753. The 8301 was a prototype and wore the ICG orange and white scheme. The 8701-8707 were the first production models and came out of the shop sporting the short lived solid orange "pumpkin" scheme. Units 8708-8753 were all painted in the orange and gray scheme. For those wishing to model an orange and gray GP11, a breakdown of the paint scheme varieties is listed below.
8707-8721 - 68" ICG on long hood, orange walkways and gray numbers
8722 - 68" ICG on long hood, orange walkways and white numbers
8723-8726 - 68" ICG on long hood, orange walkways and gray numbers
8727-8750 - 68" ICG on long hood, orange walkways and white numbers
8750-8753 - 60" ICG on long hood, orange walkways and white numbers
