Alison writing a post
I'm writing with a snugli on. It's a little different. We visited the doctor today, and had Nina checked out. She's fine, but still has a bit of cough. The doctor seemed pleased that we knew a little Chinese to tell Nina not to cry. She slept through most of the visit and we are done know. She smells like Johnson's Baby Shampoo. We had a bath this morning for the doctor visit, in which she promptly pooped. I cleaned the tub and started over, then she pooped again. We are in a coffee shop with free internet, which is really nice. I got a glass of ice. ICE! Wheee! I haven't had ice in over a week. The guy behind the counter laughed at me when I clapped for ice.
We had Thai last night, and it was excellent, but the late evening really threw Nina's schedule off. She didn't go to sleep until 8:30. We played for too long and she had trouble going to sleep. We are going to start giving her more table food. I don't think she's getting enough stuff from the bottles. She's always hungry. She had eggs this morning and loved them. The only thing she hasn't liked that she's tried is kiwi fruit. She's ready for a nap now, and I think I'll let Mark use the computer. I really like China, but I'm very ready to come home. Just a couple more days and some more paperwork.
