Street Team Initiative

The Three Cities Street Team Initiative is the opportunity for every individual, artist or not, to get involved in the promotion and realization of the Three Cities Group Project. By using revolutionary tactics such as guerilla advertising campaigns and by providing downloadable and printable content including printable flyers, stickers, t-shirt iron on transfers, and other promotional materials the Three Cities Street Team can exist as independent individuals or groups working towards the promotion of the Three Cities Group 24 / 7 with no centralization or overriding organizing factor. You are your own boss, your own leader, and your own motivator. If you support the Three Cities Group and you want to be a part of the Street Team, then join our myspace, join our yahoo group, and download materials from the MEDIA section of our website and go wild. Print flyers and hand them out. Print stickers and put them into the world. Get the word out and begin a revolution. Make Art Happen... you have the power, so use it!

Whatever means you have of distributing this logo is fine. We do ask that you take a picture of any interesting places that you display this logo, and email it to the group at scientificartist@hotmail.com. We will collect all the images and display them proudly in promotional videos and slide shows at exhibitions and on our myspace.

Attack the world with a fury of propaganda. Inform the public of the importance and power of art. Let them know that they have a friend in the art world, and that friend is called...THREE CITIES!!!

Comment Cards Project

The Three Cities Group's latest interactive initiative is the comment cards project. Instead of putting a painting, or other art piece on the back of exhibition cards, we have put a "comments" section for the viewer to fill out at a show. We allow the audience to become part of the show by giving us their thoughts and content, and later the cards will be shown as part of a collaborative work between the audience and the group.

Protest This !

Beginning with "Success Thru Scandal" the Three Cities Group began it's second initiative, titled "Protest This !" The project began by having people protest the Success Thru Scandal exhbition. The Group set up a booth inviting people to protest the exhibit and the work in it, but it soon began to expand - people began to protest everything from the inability to sell their home to the war in Iraq. They ranged from serious to humorous. Everyone was inviited to create picket signs, and they were hung up outside the building during the opening of the exhbition, and later inside in the gallery alongside the original art.
