One of the most remarkable features of The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind is a tool that many people don't even realize has been given to them: The Construction Set. This is the very tool used by the developers to create the world of Morrowind and its expansion packs, including all dungeons, characters, creatures, buildings, trees and anything else you can find in the game world.

With this tool you can modify the game world or create your own plugins, and immediately use them and share them on the web. For example, you could create a custom home complete with furnishings and people, or you could create new kinds of creatures, or even a whole landmass complete with a city and a castle.
