Lovely home on a resort island located 20 miles from Charleston. Fully furnished, brightly decorated in an area without commercial development. The address is 121 Conifer Lane. The house overlooks the third tee of the Cougar Point Golf Course. Three of the bedrooms have queen-size beds; the fourth bedroom has twin beds, and fifth is studio style with a pullout bed and twin. There are three and a half baths.
A fully-equipped, gourmet kitchen, great room, and 400 square foot screened porch complete the living area of the cottage. There are decks off two of the bedrooms. You can pick up the island-long bike path just across the street. The house is a short walk or ride to the ocean.
Central A/C, washer/dryer, linens included, dishwasher, telephone, microwave, dishes/utensils provided, 2 TVs (digital cable), DVD/VCR, CD Stereo, wireless high speed internet, ceiling fans, outdoor gas grill, beach chairs and beach toys. No pets/smoking permitted. Departure cleaning included in rental.
Nearby Bohicket Marina for boat rentals and deep sea fishing. Canoeing, kayaking,
crabbing, shrimping, and fishing in the nearby tidals marshes and creeks. And,
of course, tons of golf and tennis.
Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in the West Beach Village area, just a short stroll away from the Straw Market, bicycle rentals, and Cougar Point golf course. A spacious screened porch with rocking chairs overlooks the third tee box. The trees surrounding the cottage create a feeling of privacy. Beach access through single-level boardwalk is a 10-min. walk or even shorter bike ride. Abundant parking nearby if you take your car to the beach.
Our rates are LOWER than the Kiawah Island Resort and our standards are much
higher. Sometimes people ask whether amenities (cheaper golf, tennis, etc.)
are included. We do not offer these, because if we did, our rates would be much
higher. Your big savings will easily pay for golf and tennis at the regular

- OFF-SEASON (Nov. 1 - March 1): $950 per week; monthly rates also available; add 12% SC sales and accommodations tax.
Daily rates: 3 nights (minimum stay) - $450; 4 nights - $600; 5 nights - $750; 6 nights - $800
- BETWEEN-SEASON (March 1 - Memorial Day; Labor Day weekend - Nov. 1) $1200 per week; monthly rates also available; add 12% SC sales and accommodations tax.
Daily rates: 3 nights (minimum stay) - $600; 4 nights - $750; 5 nights - $900; 6 nights - $1050
- IN-SEASON* (Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend): $2300 per week; add 12% SC sales and accommodations tax.
*Note that in-season rentals
are weekly only, Saturday to Saturday.
For summer rentals, a $800
non-refundable deposit is required within 10 days of the reservation. The balance
of the rental fee is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.
