
Magic Formula Calculator is a simple program that calculates straight-line increasing and decreasing for knitting projects. The calculations in this program are based on the Diophantine Equation. 12/19/01 -- For quite a while, I've been planning to update this software and add some additional features. I never seemed to find the time, but I've had a lot of interest in this software lately, so I'm planning on updating it in the next couple of months (1st quarter 2002). If you have any requests or suggestions, drop me a note!
In the meantime, here's the original. It's freeware, so enjoy freely!

Installation instructions: The download file is a zip file called magicformula.zip. Inside this zip file is a self-extracting zip file called magic.exe. Run magic.exe to unzip the program files into the directory of your choice (the default is c:\magic). Run the software by executing magicfrm.exe from that directory.
