Evolution of UCC certificates

First my usual required disclaimer.

I am not a lawyer, I am not connected with the UCC (or GS1 US), and my statements or opinions are correct to the best of my knowledge.

I am sorry but I have removed all pictures of UCC issued certificates to reduce the possibility of the counterfeiting by the unscrupulous.

If you have a question concerning a certificate in your possession please send a copy of it to me attached to an email explaining where, when, and from where you obtained it. I will tell you all I know about its origin.
