Date In - date when request is sent to Printing Services Date Out - date when request

name that job is given so that it is easily tracked. If you are sending a
request on a floppy or CD, the Job Name would be the same as the file
name. The file names need to be short
with NO characters or spaces.
Example:
MAT110Test1. No. Originals - number of pages being sent.Each side, if printed, must be
counted.
No. of Copies - number
of copies needed. Totals - total number of copies. Example:
You have 5 originals that are single
sided and need 20 copies of each. The total number of copies would be
100. Check Boxes - If your request is a standard job with no
color, check the box next to Xerox.If your request has spot
color, check the box located next to Color Copier.If your job is more than 500 copies
of a single page and/or has color, contact Denise Hall for
assistance. Paper - Bond is the common paper that is used for most copying needs. Vellum is primarily used for Offset Press jobs, but may be used for special requests. We also have eight different colors of bond paper and six colors of cover stock.
Finishing - Examples: if you have a two or more page test/handout, you may want it collated, staple and/or hole punched. You would need to check the appropriate box next to each item. If you want a type of staple or fold that is different, please check the box marked Special Instructions. Special Instructions - special requests. If there is not enough room to write everything you need, please attach your request to a separate sheet of paper. Deliver
