Brunswick Shores Amateur Radio Club
The Brunswick Shores Amateur Radio Club (BSARC) is located in Brunswick County, North Carolina. The primary goal of the club is to provide information to local amateur radio operators to facilitate a social and technical association with persons having similar interests.
HIGHLIGHTS
This is cool. A Live Cam has been added to the website. Club events with highspeed internet access will be broadcast live to this website. Other times, a picture of KI4KK Antenna will be broadcast. Check it out.

NEW Link to Practice Tests
It was requested at the January meeting to provide links to practice tests for those wishing to upgrade or first-time licensee candidates. The links have been added to the VE Test Sessions page in the green tool bar.

NC QSO Party
The club participated in the North Carolina QSO Party March 1. A total of 168 contacts were made on phone and CW. Total score was 26834. The club has a LOTW certificate and all logs for N4GM will be submitted to LOTW.

Club 2009 Calendar Updated
The club calendar has been updated for 2009. In addition to the events the club plan to participate in (Field Day, JOTA, ILLW and CQ WW VHF), other events have been put in the calendar and anyone interested in using the club call for an event can do so by contacting KI4KK and obtaining the license. New N4GM business cards with the club events are available.

N4C Oak Island Lighthouse Special Event
The special event last year was a great success. The Club is planning to activate one or more of the local lighthouses again in 2009. A trip to Baldhead Island in August and perhaps activation of the Oak Island lighthouse are being discussed.
