Kenwood TM-G707 / TM-V7A Interface

This is a PC interface I adapted from a CI-V interface to work with Kenwood's TM-G707 and TM-V7A radios. Although it does not fully comply with RS-232 specifications, it works well on the computers it has been tried on.
