“The Problem Of Unresolved Personal Disputes” Lesson Text: I Corinthians 6:1-20: Series: Inspired Solutions For Church Problems

Key Verse: I Corinthians 6:12:

King James Translation: “All things are lawful unto me, but all things are not expedient: all things are lawful for me, but I will not be brought under the power of any.”

Interlinear Translation: “All things to me are lawful, but not all things do profit; all things to me are lawful, but not I will be brought under the power of any.”

Strong’s Concordance Translation: “ALL THINGS = any, every, the whole, all manner of, always, any one, every way, every one, as many as, whole. ARE LAWFUL = it is right through the figurative idea of being out in public. UNTO ME = to or into indicating the point reached or entered of place, time, purpose or result. BUT ALL THINGS ARE NOT EXPEDIENT = union carry, to bear together, contribute, i.e. to collect or conduce, especially advantage, be better for, bring together, be good, be profitable for. ALL THINGS ARE LAWFUL FOR ME = assigning a reason, because, indeed, no doubt, seeing then, therefore. BUT I WILL NOT BE BROUGHT UNDER THE POWER OF ANY = not to control, not to exercise authority upon.
