King James Translation: “And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ”

Interlinear Translation: “And I, brethren, was not able to speak to you as to spiritual, but as to fleshly; as to babes in Christ.”

Strong’s Concordance Translation: “AND I, BRETHREN = union, the womb, a brother near or remote. COULD NOT = not to be able or possible, cannot do, may not, might not, not be of power. SPEAK UNTO YOU = to talk, i.e. utter words, preach, say, tell. AS UNTO SPIRITUAL = non-carnal, ethereal as opposed to gross, supernatural, regenerate, religious. BUT AS UNTO CARNAL = pertaining to flesh, i.e. bodily, temporal or by implication animal, unregenerate, fleshly. EVEN AS UNTO BABES IN CHRIST = not speaking, i.e. an infant, minor, figuratively a simple minded person, an immature Christian, child, childish.
