King James Version: “But take heed lest by any means this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to them that are weak.”

Interlinear Translation: “But take heed power you this as occasion of stumbling become to those being weak.”

Strong’s Concordance Translation: “BUT TAKE HEED = to look at, behold, beware, look on, look to, perceive, regard, see, sight. LEST BY ANY MEANS = lest somehow, by some means, haply, perhaps. THIS LIBERTY OF YOURS = ability, privilege, i.e. force, capacity, competency, freedom or mastery, token of control, delegated influence, authority, jurisdiction, power, right, strength. BECOME A STUMBLING BLOCK = a stub, i.e. an occasion of apostasy, offence, stumbling stone. TO THEM THAT ARE WEAK = to be feeble in any means, be diseased, impotent men folk, be sick, be weak, be made weak.
