“Teach That They May Adorn The Doctrine Of God” Titus 2:10: Series: Membership Training:

 

Interlinear Translation: “not purloining, but fidelity all shewing good, that the teaching saviour of your God they may adorn in all things.

 

Strong’s Interlinear Translation: “NOT PURLOINING = apart or clandestinely to sequestrate for oneself, i.e. embezzle, keep back, purloin. BUT SHEWING = show position, to indicate by word or act, do, show forth. ALL GOOD = benefit, good things, well, beautiful, valuable or virtuous for appearance or use, honest, meet, well, worthy. FIDELITY = persuasion, i.e. credence, morally conviction of religious truth or the truthfulness of God, especially reliance upon Christ for salvation, constancy in such profession, by extension the system of religious Gospel truth itself, assurance, belief, believe, faith.  THAT THEY MAY ADORN = to put in proper order, i.e. decorate, specially to snuff a wick, garnish, trim. THE DOCTRINE OF GOD OUR SAVIOUR = instruction the function or the information, learning, teaching.  IN ALL THINGS = any, every, the whole, all manner of, always, throughly, whatsoever, whosoever.
