Study carefully the following verses in your Bible. Memorize as many of them as you can.

Romans 3:10: There is none righteous. Sin

Romans 3:23: All have sinned. Sin

Romans 5:12: Death by sin. Sin

Romans 5:8: Christ died for our sins. Sin debt paid.

Romans 10:9-13: Application to individual. Personal debt paid.

I John 5:11-13: You can know you have eternal life. God said so.

I Peter 1:23: You are born again by the Word of God. The bible.

Romans 10:17: Saving faith comes by or through the Word of God.

Romans 6:23: The wages of sin is death, (eternal death in hell).

Isaiah 53:6: God laid your sins on the Lord Jesus Christ.

I Peter 2:24: Jesus bore your sins in his own body on the cross.

John 1:12: When you receive Jesus you become a son (child) of God.

John 3:16, 3:18, 3:36, 5:24, 6:37.

How to grow in God and serve Him faithfully: (You will backslide if you neglect these:

1. Read your Bible every day. Begin in the gospel of John. Notice and underline the words “believe” and “believeth”.

2. Pray every day. Talk to God in secret, in family devotions, and in church. When you read God’s word He speaks to you, then talk to Him about that which you read.

3. Attend church every time it is humanly possible. Put God first! This will strengthen you for life’s battles and the temptations you will have to face.

4. Tell others your are born again; a child of God. Win your friends to an acceptance of Christ as Saviour.

IF YOU SIN AFTER YOU ARE SAVED;

Look up I John 1:9, 10 in the Bible. Obey it! Realize that Christ lives in you in the Person of the Holy Spirit. His is the new Person who can control your life if you will only let Him. He can give you victory over your sins!
