“Attend to Teaching” I Timothy 4:13:
Interlinear Translation: “Till I come, give heed to reading, to exhortation, to teaching.”
Strong’s Concordance Translation: TILL = continuance, until of time and place, even unto, even until. I COME = to come or go in a great variety of applications, accompany, appear, bring, enter, fall out, go, grow, resort, be set. GIVE ATTENDANCE = front hold, figuratively to hold the mind, towards, i.e. pay attention to, be cautious about, apply oneself to, adhere to, beware, given to, take heed to, have regard. TO READING = the act of reading, know up, to know again, i.e. by extension to read. TO EXHORTATION = imploration, solace, comfort, consolation, intreaty, call near, i.e. invite, invoke, beseech, call for, pray. TO DOCTRINE = instruction the function or the information, learning, teaching, learning.
