All services are provided in the convenience of your home or office.  Appointments for consultation are made to suit your schedule (day or evening).   

The Consultation Service Fee is always applied and will entail a brief inspection of the computer to be serviced, and an explanation from the client as to what service they desire.  At the end of the consultation, both the computer technician and the client will be in agreement on what services and costs (including labor caps) will be applied and a written estimate will be issued and approved by the client.

If Computer Bug PC Solutions cannot complete a service as required, the only charge that will be applied will be the Consultation Service Fee.

The cost of labor has a maximum set for each service and will be set at consultation.  If the service takes longer than the maximum, it will still be completed, but no labor exceeding the cap will be charged.

To protect your computer from any damage during repairs, all repairs will be performed on an anti-static mat, the technician and system will be grounded to prevent any electro-static discharge to exposed components.
