Consultation:

The consultation is the first step of any house call.

During the consultation we evaluate both the clients desired services and the systems current ability (or inability) to support those services.  Recommendations of services will also be suggested by technical staff.

No service will be performed until both the technician and client agree upon fees and service.  At this time labor caps and base charges will be explained.

If after consultation it is diagnosed that Computer Bug PC Solutions cannot service the machine, or the client and technician cannot come to a satisfactory agreement on the fees, the service will not be charged.  However the service consultation fee will still apply to cover transportation and the experienced evaluation of your machine.
