Stan Scott is the president and founder of Going Global. Stan has more than 33 years of experence in Human Resources, Organizational and Professional Development Over the years he has worked in many industries that include: high tech manufacturing, government, government contracting, mining, construction, and wholesale and retail distribution. He served in the U. S. Air Force and retired after 20 years. Stan is one of 65 people who holds all certifications offered by the World-at-Work Society of Certified Professionals; the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), and the Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designation. He is also a Dimensions Development International (DDI) Transitional Certified Facilitator and a Certified Achieve Global Programs Facilitator. Additionally, he holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification (SPHR).
