SERVICES

    Facility Design Development

Participate in  project scope development to engage our experience in the early planning stages where decisions affecting project cost are made.  Our experience has shown that efforts at the early stages pay for themselves many times over.

   Design Submittal Review

Review intermediate design submittal packages including drawings and specifications.  Review is based on function and use rather than design critique.  Issues identified and resolved during design save reduce project costs.

Written review comments are provided to the client that provoke thought and often times clarify issues resulting in reduced project cost.

Attend design conferences to assist development to discuss review comments and facilitate resolution of scope issues.

   On-Site Construction Observations

On-site visits during construction to observe progress and assist in resolving functional problems that were unforeseen during design.
