Assisted Care Living Facility
A health care facility that is used by people who are not able to live on their own, but do not yet need the level of continuous nursing care that a nursing home offers.
Assisted Care Living Facility Rates effective April 1, 2008:
- Semi-private rooms: $1,983 per month
- Private rooms: $2,391 - $2,609 per month
- Additional Charges:
- Assistance with dressing: $100
- Incontinent Care: $100
- Assistance with meals, ambulation, redirection, etc.: $100
Level I Nursing Home (Intermediate Care)
A health care facility for individuals who are disabled, elderly, or nonacutely ill, usually providing less intensive care than that offered at a hospital or skilled nursing facility.
Level I Nursing Home (Intermediate Care) Rates effective April 1, 2008:
- Semi-private rooms: $3,499 - $3,699 per month
- Private rooms: $3,999 per month
Adult Day Care
Adult day care includes programs, services, and facilities designed to assist physically or mentally impaired adults remain in their communities. These are persons who might otherwise require institutional or long-term care and rehabilitation.
Adult Day Care Rates effective April 1, 2008:
- Daily (less than 4 hours): $30 per day
- Daily (4 hours or more): $50 per day
- Weekly (5 days): $200 per week
- Monthly (20 days): $600 per month
