Jackson Park Christian Home, Inc. is a non-profit Christian home committed to offering quality care to the elderly in Christian environment. The home was first envisioned during a church meeting in 1964, as a result of growing concern among Elders and the membership for the senior members of the Jackson Park Church of Christ. Opened in 1969, Jackson Park has grown from a small Home for the Aged into what is now a 61 bed Nursing Home and Assisted Living facility. Our mission is to provide facilities, staffing and services in a secure environment that will enhance the physical, mental and spiritual lives of those who choose to use our services. The Christian Home is blessed to have a very competent, caring and stable (many have worked at the Christian Home for more than 10 years) staff of employees. For several years in a row the Christian Home has earned an excellent rating from the Tennessee Department of Healthcare Facilities.Jackson Park is located in the Madison/Inglewood area of Nashville at 4107 Gallatin Pike, approximately one mile south of Briley Parkway. The Jackson Park Christian Homes' Board of Directors is comprised of members of the Church of Christ.28 beds are licensed as Level I Nursing Home (Intermediate Care) and 33 beds are licensed as Assisted Care Living Facility. Adult Day Care is also provided. |
