Jackson Park Christian Home is owned and operated by Jackson Park Church of Christ of Nashville, Tennessee. The non-profit Christian Home is committed to providing quality nursing home care to the elderly in a Christian environment. We strive to maintain a high standard of life in a home-like atmosphere.

The Christian Home is located in the Madison / Inglewood area of Nashville at 4107 Gallatin Road, approximately one mile south of Briley Parkway.

The Elders of the Jackson Park congregation serve as the Christian Home's Board of Directors. The operation of the Christian Home is under the direction of Patricia Gammel, a nursing home administrator licensed by the State of Tennessee.

The Christian Home is blessed to have a very competent, caring and stable (many have worked at the Christian Home for more than 10 years) staff of employees. For several years in a row the Christian Home has earned an excellent rating from the Tennessee Department of Healthcare Facilities.

28 beds are licensed as Level I Nursing Home (Intermediate Care) and 33 beds are licensed as Assisted Care Living Facility. Adult Day Care is also provided.
