    THE FOLLOWING COMPLAINTS WERE REPORTED:

    SUNDAY, JAN. 18
    *3:38 a.m. -- Hall director at Humes requested officer because a non-student who was visiting a student in the dorm forgot whom she was staying with.

    TUESDAY, JAN. 19
    *4:46 p.m. -- Complainant reported that there was a dog on the roof of the Phi Delta Theta fraternity house.

    TUESDAY, JAN. 27
    *5:10 a.m. -- Guard reported there was a male subject passed out with his pants down below his ankles at Hodges Library. The subject was charged with trespassing.

    SATURDAY, JAN. 31
    *10:25 p.m. -- Complainant reported that a white Camaro came by Gibbs Hall Parking and the occupants threw a bottle out and hit him in the head. Notified KPD.

    THURSDAY, FEB. 5
    *11:13 a.m. -- Complainant reported that there was a male subject lying on the sidewalk in front of Wendy's.

    *4:21 p.m. -- Complainant reported that she had observed a white male between the Tyson Alumni House and Dunford Hall urinating. Subject was a white male with a blue jacket. She also reported that he has done this before.

    MONDAY, FEB. 9
    *12:55 a.m. -- Guard at Hodges Library reported that there were some books on the sixth floor men's bathroom that had been ejaculated on.

    TUESDAY, FEB. 10
    *3:32 p.m. -- Complainant reported that there was a man in a blue car parked on the top level of the Conference Center garage with his head on the steering wheel. The complainant said that the man had been there for over an hour and had not moved.

    *10:39 p.m. -- Complainant at HPER, by the basketball courts, reported a group of suspicious people throwing basketballs at cars and people running on the track.

    THURSDAY, FEB. 12
    *4:12 p.m. -- Complainant reported a suspicious male urinating on the bushes between Temple Court and Dunford Hall.

    WEDNESDAY, FEB. 18
    *1:41 a.m. -- Complainant stated that some residents came into Massey Hall and stated that there was a male wearing a black coat and a turquoise hat exposing himself at the west end of the residence hall.

    TUESDAY, FEB. 24
    *10:56 a.m. -- Complainant at the University/Faculty Club stated a vehicle had ran into the swimming pool at the Faculty Club and had done damage to it. Complainant also stated that the vehicle had already left the area.

    FRIDAY, FEB. 27
    *5:52 p.m. --Complainant reported that a group of people were skating in the McClung Plaza area using tables from classrooms as obstacles.

    SUNDAY, MARCH 1
    *1:10 p.m. -- Complainant reported that there was a subject at the UC courtyard using a metal detector and digging in the ground.

    *8:27 p.m. -- Complainant at Melrose Hall reported that there were subjects juggling fire on the south side of the hall.

    MONDAY, MARCH 2
    *11:09 a.m. -- Complainant stated that there was a subject who had fallen off his bicycle and appeared to be injured in front of Buehler Hall.

    TUESDAY, MARCH 10
    *4:05 p.m. -- KPD requested backup with a cow in Tyson Park.

    THURSDAY, MARCH 12
    *2:04 a.m. -- Complainant reported that a student had carried a non-commuter sign into Reese Hall.

    SUNDAY, MARCH 15
    *4:56 p.m. -- Complainant reported of a person squirting a water gun at people from a moving vehicle (sports utility vehicle -- gray in color).

    MONDAY, MARCH 16
    *10:56 a.m. -- Complainant stated there were two residents of Hess Hall who awoke this morning and witnessed an unknown male subject standing in their room. Complainants lived on different floors of Hess.

    THURSDAY, MARCH 19
    *4:24 a.m. -- Complainant reported that the van service got a pickup call from 18th Street at Forest Avenue and that upon arrival, someone was shooting BB's at the van from a gray house. Complainant reported that there was no damage to the van.

    SUNDAY, MARCH 29
    *2:24 a.m. -- Student at the Kingston Apartments had dialed 911 by mistake needing a ride to the College Park Apartments.

    FRIDAY, APRIL 3
    *12:54 a.m. -- Complainant reported that there were two females jumping in the street behind Reese Hall.

    THURSDAY, APRIL 9
    *2:14 a.m. -- Complainant reported that there was a desk in the middle of the street on Volunteer Boulevard in front of Glocker Business Administration.

    *3:41 a.m. -- Complainant reported that there was a male and female fighting at the front of Hess Hall. Officers reported that there was no fight. The subject was intoxicated and someone was trying to help him off the ground.

    SATURDAY, APRIL 11
    *2 p.m. -- Complainant stated that her husband was working on his vehicle and had accidentally run the vehicle into the Woodlawn Apartments in front of the G & G building.

    MONDAY, APRIL 13
    *6:19 p.m. -- Complainant reported that there were some individuals at Gibbs Hall throwing water balloons from the fourth floor. Notified hall director.

    SATURDAY, APRIL 25
    * 12:30 a.m. -- Complainant reported a white male dressed in half-bear suit and naked from the waist down was chasing a dog westbound on Highland Avenue.

    WEDNESDAY, APRIL 29 
    *-- Complainant advised there was an individual dressed up as Gumby rollerblading in Presidential Courtyard causing a disturbance.
