THE FLOCK

The life we know is but a moment,
 on times eternal clock.

No soul is more important then another,
 in Gods celestial flock.

So don't be thinking big of yourself,
 while here upon this on earth.

Your status in this life time,
 is nothing but chance of berth.

Not so much who you’re born too,
 more like the time and place.

The way you handle adversity,
 and problems that you face.

Not so important how important you are,
 how important are others to you?

It's not how much you might have,
 how much for others will you do.

If you hope to tread on streets of gold,
 watch what you do and say.

Don't tread on others here and now,
 but help them on their way.

Don't be putting people down.
 and don't belittle any one.

Don't judge others you may meet,
we'll all be judged when life is done.

If you try to hard to impress,
 or to subjugate mankind.

When this life you do lay down,
you may not like what you find.
